We are looking for 2-3 UVA female students to take over our lease starting in June 2019 through July 2020 in the Pointe (230 15th Street NW). The Pointe is a beautiful, safe apartment complex with an amazing location. It is a 1 minute walk to the Corner and a 5 minute walk to the Rotunda.

Everyone would get their own bedroom and bathroom. Our apartment is on the fourth floor with a spacious balcony and high ceilings. The bedrooms are unfurnished, but the common space and kitchen is completely furnished with a couch, dining room table, and tv. We have lived here for two years and have loved it so much, but we want to live with some of our friends elsewhere. The rent is $835, and is very comparable to all apartments in the area, but with way better amenities. Also, there is parking available right outside the front door!
