I am looking for 1 or 2 people to transfer my June 2024-June 2025 apartment lease to with option to renew and flexible move-in date. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with in unit washer/drier, heating/AC, a fireplace, with access to a pool/gym. Parking available. The total base rent is $1,730 with a $100 utility fee. The apartment is conveniently located in the Preston Square area which is a 5 minute walk to the Dairy Market, about a 15 minute walk to the Architecture school, and 20 minute walk to the Medical school.
