  Hi,
  I’m moving out of Charlottesville and my roommate and I are looking for someone to take over a lease in the Preston Square apartments (at the corner of Madison and Preston Ave). Move-in can happen Nov 1st, or possibly earlier if needed. You’d get your own room in a spacious apartment, and comes with a washer/dryer.
