The facility comes with a gym, pool, lounge and study areas and it is located right next to the UVA Hospital/5 minutes walking distance from the corner and next to bus stop. Roommates are three girls recent UVA grads working in town – really great and considerate roommates! The rent is 830$ and I am willing to negotiate. Available from December,15 but move in date is flexible. The lease ends on July, 31 and you can renew if you want. You also have the possibility to move to a different apartment in the building if it is available.
