  I’m reaching out to see if there’s any interest for someone to take over my lease at 1701 Gordon. It’s a 1 bedroom/1 bath, 500sqf, upper unit in the back of the building with a bathtub and a walk in closet, half a mile (10-15 minute walk for me) from UVA grounds and the Corner. A very student-friendly area. With the new lease starting July 28 rent will be $999/mo (currently $975), utilities included except electricity. It’s a very nice and comfortable space, but due to my own needs I’m looking into moving into a bigger space over the summer. Please feel free to respond with any questions!
