I’m moving in December (though technically can move out anytime, if you need a move-in date ASAP) and am looking for someone to move into my room in a 3-bedroom house near the stadium and campus (stadium is a 3 min walk; campus is anywhere from a 10-15 min walk depending on where you’re going). The room is very large and has two closets and great natural light. Rent is $685, and utilities normally come out to $50-70/person but should be covered for the next couple of months (which I can explain when we chat more).
