Hello! My roommate and I live in Cambridge Square and are looking for people to sublet to. We live in a 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom town house. We have access to an in unit washer and dryer, back patio, gym, and a pool that includes a grill. We are looking for 2 people and rent is $1,642.50 (includes base rent, insurance, and $160 worth of utilities) and does not include internet or electricity. Would be willing to sublet to just 1 person if necessary.
