My job is relocating starting April 1st so I need to find someone to take over my lease from April 1 unto June 12 when the lease ends. It may be possible to negotiate a renewal after June 12 but that would have to be negotiated with MSC.

Details on the Apartment (821 Cabell Ave, basement apt):

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom basement apartment, ~650-700 square feet. Washer and dryer in unit in a separate laundry room/pantry. There is also a spacious living room and two additional closets one in the short hallway and one by the front door. I think pets are possible (upstairs has a dog).
There is one driveway parking spot shared between upstairs and downstairs, the rest is street parking.

I’m willing to discuss a slightly earlier move-in than April 1st. I will most likely have my stuff out of the apartment by the last week of March so it’s possible someone could move stuff in then.
