  Hi everyone! I am looking to find a grad student or young professional to take over my lease at Preston Square Apartments. It’s for a 1 bed/1 bath in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. The common areas are furnished and there’s a washer/dryer in unit. It’s about a 25-minute walk or a 10-minute bus ride to central grounds. A June move-in would be ideal. Rent is $680 without utilities. Please let me know if you’re interested!
