My girlfriend and I have a two bedroom apartment in the Oxford Hill apartments that we are looking to transfer. We both unexpectedly got job offers in another city, so we will no longer be in Charlottesville for next year. There are very few two bedrooms left in all MSC buildings, and none left in Oxford Hill, so this could be your chance to find one! The rates for a two bedroom cannot be matched anywhere else in Charlottesville. Lastly, as mentioned in the topic, the lease begins in July. We have already spoken with MSC and a lease takeover is actually quite easy.
