I will be graduating in December 2023 so I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting in Jan 2024 until the lease ends in July.

Apartment details (613 F Madison Ave–Ash Tree Apartments):
3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment (the room for lease takeover has a private bathroom).
Two roommates already live in the residence and it is co-ed. There is an in-unit washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. There is plenty of living room and closet space throughout the apartment. Pets are allowed in the apartment with approval from MSC.

Rent for one person is approximately $880 a month. There is one parking spot for the apartment but you can purchase a parking permit for $50 for the extra parking spots.
