Hi everyone,
I am looking for someone to take over my lease from January 2022 to August 2022. The apartment is located at 310 Commonwealth Court and it is a 2B2B. You’ll be living in the spacious master bedroom (with a walk-in bathroom). Rent is around $620 per month. My furniture will be given to you if you like (purchased first hand from Ikea): queen bed, study desk, chair, floor and table lamps. The location is very quiet and management is really friendly and helpful.
Your other roommate is a current law student at UVA law school. He is very quiet and spends most of his time on campus.
