  Looking to find three people, or a young family, to take over our 2017-2018 lease, starting July 24. We live in a 3 bedroom/1.5 bath in Ash Tree Townhomes. Lots of space, three good sized bedrooms. Rent is $1750, no undergrads, pets allowed! Located right across the street from the Mad House in an end unit. Walking distance to campus, the hospital, and the corner. Quiet complex, friendly neighbors.
