  Hi!
  My roommate and I have renewed our lease for next year but our situations have changed so are looking for a couple of people to take over the lease. As stated in the title the rent is $1096/month which includes tenant fees and insurance, and does not include utilities. Each of the bedrooms are a good size, with one slightly larger. Both can easily accommodate a queen size bed. Gas stove, central AC.
  
  There is also an option for a single person to move in as I am staying in Charlottesville and would be very happy to stay in this house if I could find a roommate. I am looking for a graduate student or young professional.
