      Hello,
      I am looking for somebody to take over my lease at the pointe. You’d have your own bedroom and bathroom. It’s a great complex and super close to the corner. The lease starts in July and is for 12 months but I would like to stay through August 2.

      The rent is $845 as the base. There is only one lease available though.
