Hi, I’m looking to sublease my room in a 4bed/4bath at the Pointe for the 2021-22 Academic Year (July 21-July 22). I will be moving into my sorority house for the year and will be returning after the sublease ends. You will be living with three amazing 3rd year girls who are super nice, clean, and overall just great roommates. The apartment is in the middle of everything on the corner on 15th street – 5 min walk to grounds and 1 minute walk to the corner. You’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom, washer/dryer in unit, and fully furnished kitchen and living room. Basically all you’ll have to bring is your bedroom and bathroom things, since we already have anything else! There is a large parking lot reserved for residents too if you want to bring a car. MSC takes care of all maintenance requests, and they are super fast and responsive to all of our calls. You also will have access to all of the Madhouse amenities, including study spaces and a gym.
