Oxford Hills – I currently have 2 roommates with a cat – I have to leave the apartment and am looking to have someone take over my lease for the next 10 months. It’s the master bedroom (the largest no bathroom though). There is only one bathroom but my roommates are clean. I am currently paying 518 a month (having the largest room) plus electric and Xfinity. It would be as simple as just adding your name to the lease, not technically a takeover. No fees.
