I’m looking for someone to take over my part of a lease for 2020-21. It’s a 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhouse at 814 E Cabell Avenue, 22903 (Cambridge Square Apartments).
You’ll be sharing the place with a female grad student and her sweet dog.
Cleaning fees have been paid for (this will include things like paint touch-ups and maintenance checks), so you need not pay for that. Deposit has been paid for.
Utilities (including electric, water, trash removal) would be roughly $40 – $60 dollars per person.
Electric services have been set up.
Internet services have been set up (around $54 per month—so around $27 per person).
The rent is $750.
