Spot in 3 bedroom Ashtree apartment. Room is the master bedroom with it’s own bathroom, large closet, and access to the balcony. The apartment is very spacious and clean. There is one reserved spot at the place and free street parking which is fairly easy to get. Rent with utilities is about $700 a month. Utilities included in apartment washer and dryer, dish washer, microwave, and full oven and stove combination. The living room and kitchen are already furnished and you would just need to bring furniture for the bedroom. There is a bus stop at the corner of Grady and 14th street/Madison ave which has a bus every 10 minutes or so. The place is pet friendly if you have a pet.
