In-unit washer/drier, a large patio, and there is a bus stop right at the entrance to the complex. Property available from June 26th onward. Joining lease for 1 year. I have most of the common area furniture and cooking/eating stuff necessary for an apartment with two people. Your room will be unfurnished though.

I am a male in my 30’s, taking a career break to attend graduate school at UVA. I currently live with a roommate in Arlington, where I have been for about 4 years. In addition to school I look forward to doing more outdoor activities (hiking, biking, etc) and I’m keen to explore Charlottesville and the surrounding area.

My cat will be living with us. If you have your own cat we are allowed to add a second kitty to the lease for a small fee. No dogs.

I’m hoping to find a fellow graduate-level student or a young professional. I try to keep the common areas reasonably tidy, and my current roommate and I split a monthly cleaning of the kitchen and living areas – I’d like to repeat this setup. I’ve had roommates of both genders in the past and everything was fine; I care if you are considerate and responsible.
