  Hi! I will be graduating this May and am looking to sublet my bedroom May 25-July 30. I live in a 3BR Townhouse in Cambridge Square. The townhouse has 2.5 baths, a fenced in patio, washer and dryer, wood floors on first floor and carpet on second. We’re super clean and will leave the place in good condition. My two roommates will also be graduating and subletting their rooms. Since I am looking for someone for just a couple months, reduced rent is negotiable, probably around $400/month.
