  I am graduating in May and looking to sublet my room in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse for the months of June and July. The place is newly renovated with hardwood floors, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and little patio on the back. Email me if interested!

  Ideally, no. I would really like to find someone to rent the room out for both months. But if I do not find someone I would be happy to contact you again and see if you still need a place!
