My roommate and I sign a lease for Ashtree Town homes for the 2016-2017 school year. It is a 3 room, 1.5 bath townhome. The rent will be 1710 dollars all together with a utilities fee added on. The two smaller rooms are both taken, so the larger room is still available! The complex is walking distance to campus as well as downtown.

My roommate and I are both female incoming graduate students to UVA and are very laid back people excited to explore the area! Lots of time in the woods, cooking, trying just about anything we possibly can in our time in Charlottesville! My roommate does have a cat, but all the cost of the cat she will take care of. So it is just rent and utilities which need to be taken care of by you!
