My roommates and I are looking for a group of 3 or 4 people to take over our lease 2101 JPA! It’s a really big, spacious apartment with in-unit washer and dyer. It’s a quick 15 min walk to Central Grounds and 7 min walk to the E school and there’s a bus stop right outside (Orange Line and CAT, which come quite often). You’ll have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with one other person. Rent is 2853, with each person paying around 700.
