  Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment at Preston Square for my 2021-2022 lease. Rent is ~$760 + utilities. Location is great and the apartment was recently renovated, plus it’s furnished. I’m a pretty easy-going person and fairly clean! Apartment is walking distance to hospital (5 minute bus ride), corner, campus, and downtown.
