  I’m looking for a female roommate to live with me in the other bedroom of Wellington court. The year-long lease starts in June. Rent would be about $780 a month. It’s a beautiful townhouse with 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, and 1 and 1/2 baths. The available bedroom is spacious with a very large closet.
  
  OR if you just need a place for the summer months, I am looking for a subletter from June through July – I’m willing to discount the price!

  Hi! I am a female UVA student that is graduating this May and I got a job at a biotechnology company in Charlottesville, so I need a place to stay in between my leases- from June 22 to July 31st!
