My roommate and I are going to be out of town for two months(late May-late July); and we want to sublease our apartment in Oxford hill. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. I was wondering if this negotiable offer is still available and if it includes all utilities? As of now I would need to move in between May 1st and May 21st and will be able to move out and into my new place between July 23rd-26th. I also sent you an email about this!
