Apartment:
A nice 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a dishwasher included. There is a laundry room in the building. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and is very convenient for coming and going. There is carpet all throughout the apartment except for in the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment complex also has its own parking lot.

Me:
I’m a third year UVA student and I am moving back to living on campus, so I need someone to take over my lease which is for the 2016-17 year starting in July. The apartments are really new and nice all throughout the complex as well. Feel free to email or call me with any questions.
