We are looking for someone to take over our lease in our 2 bed, 1.5 bath Cambridge Square Townhome. The townhome will be available in May 2021 for $1435 the first month. The lease then raises to $1475 on June 1, 2021 through June 16, 2022. The rate includes one pet fee and is under $740 per person if split between two people! Tennant pays a one time parking fee of $50 in August.
