I am looking move in with my boyfriend so am looking for someone to take over my lease via a sublet agreement or just a lease turnover.

The location is great– on cabell ave a mere 2 minute walk from the inner and outer loops and a 10 minute walk to the corner. Parking has streetside parking a well as a rotating assigned parking lot.

The room is the master bedroom and includes a private master bathroom. The apartment includes a fully furnished living room/kitchen as well as a washer/dryer in the unit. The facility also includes access to a swimming pool and gymnasium. The room is on the third floor in the ashtree apartment complex and has a balcony– the room actually has direct balcony access. You would be living with two other women, both medical students at UVA. Ideally, we are looking for another woman, ideally another graduate student/medical student/nursing student, etc. Negotiably, the room could also come furnished.

Rent is 640 a month. I would be looking for potentially a 6 or 18 month takeover for the lease. Message if interested!
