Located alongside a small creek and tucked away in a secluded corner of the Ashtree Townhomes complex, it also has a lovely back patio and a washer, dryer, and dishwasher!

This is the end of my lease so the place would either be unfurnished or partially furnished (if you like, I can leave some furniture I would otherwise be giving to goodwill, like my pull-out sofa bed). This also means you probably can apply to MSC for a full lease starting in July, if you wish, and take over the place. Rent is $1300 per month.
