I am looking for a room starting July or before as my current lease ends in June. I am a young female professional working in downtown Charlottesville and I am highly interested in the room that you are offering. I am clean, not OCD clean but like to keep the common areas clean enough and I work 9am-6pm on weekdays and mostly running errands or watching movies on weekends.
