Property Specific Information

By submitting this registration form you are entering into a legally binding contract. This permit will run concurrent to your apartment lease. This means you will be responsible for parking rent starting on your lease commencement date and ending at the termination of your current lease term.

There are 78 total parking spaces available to rent (all spaces are first-come-first-served through the parking sign-up).

Woodrow Residents:  $75/month for new leases; $60 for renewal leases.

Non-residents: $100/month for twelve-month leases.
