Can’t say how early she will be leaving. She is shopping around for a place with some friends, and one of them has to move out of their place by May, so my roommate could be out in early June. It is not finalized yet. Utilities run about $100 a month for each person, and that includes water, sewer, trash, electric, and internet/cable. In the summer it goes up because it cost more to cool the place as opposed to heating it.
