Yes, could you guys take a look at it tomorrow possible at 12:30? Let me know. And great earlier would be better for us because our new lease begins mid-may.

Hi Alison!

Are you looking to sublet or do a lease transfer? The months of May, June, and July the rent is 1,165. But in mid July the price goes up to 1,259. Due to upgrades in the apartment. Both rent prices include the utilities fee. Let me know if you have any further questions.
