  Hi, I am moving to Charlottesville for in the next few weeks or Early December. I am willing to take over a lease, preferably no roommates. I’m new to the area so I’m looking for a place near UVA Medical Center. Thanks in Advance.

  I live at 310 Commonwealth Court and can transfer my lease to you. I do, however, had one roommate (it is a 2B2B). You’ll have the master bedroom (en suite). My roommate is a law student at UVA law school and he is very quiet. Please let me know if you’re interested.
