      Hey everyone,

      I am moving end of April/Early May and looking for someone to take over my lease. It is a great 2 bedroom townhouse in a great location. It is located near the pool in Cambridge Square; a 15-20 minute walk to UVA Medical Center/UVA Campus; a 15-20 minute walk to downtown; a 15-20 minute walk to Barracks Shopping Center; 5 minute drive to all three. It is on the bus route, located across the street from the MSC offices, along with a gym, study area, game room, etc. I do have a roommate with a dog, both are wonderful! Rent is between $650 and $680 a month. I am happy to provide further information. If you are interested, definitely reach out! I look forward to hearing from you 🙂

      Hello Allie,

      My name is Bailey Tatge, I am looking to live in Cambridge Square and would like to move on June 1st (I would consider moving a little earlier). I love dogs, so I am definitely okay with living with a dog. I am a Graduate Student at the University of Iowa and I will be completing my 4th-year externship at the UVA hospital. Does this place have a washer and dryer in unit? And does that $650 – $680 include utilities? I’m also happy to chat with your roommate and answer any questions she has about me.

      Hi Bailey,
