I am interested in moving as soon as someone is interested in taking over the lease. This is a wonderful apartment, quiet neighbors, great location.

Hi! I looked at Ash Tree and am very interested! I got a job here so I’m planning on moving here in the next month or so after I graduate. Can you tell me more about the rent/unit/roommates?

I really like living here. The location is close to downtown. I feel very safe here. It can get anywhere i need to be in 10 to 15 minutes. I want to return to living in a single family house. I found a perfect situation for myself a week ago. I cannot have two places so I am hoping to give this apartment up to someone quickly before the other situation is taken by someone else. There will be no room mate remaining behind.
This apartment has two bedrooms. The master is quite large. I have a queen bed, two dressers, two night stands and plenty of room. The second has a full size bed and is quite comfortable with two dressers and a host of boxes in it!
Both the master bedroom and the living room have sliding doors to a covered deck that looks out over a small creek.
The apartment is on the second floor in the back (with the deck) so it is elevated.
The kitchen is really compatible for cooking. While I cook very little, I have several friends who cook and they find the kitchen well arranged and easy to work in. The stove is gas — which is my requirement for any cooking situation.
The washer and dryer are in the apartment. They are full size.
There is one bathroom but it is very large. There are two sinks and a full mirror across the sink area.
The landlord replaced the HVAC this summer.
What else would you like to know?
