I’m looking to sublet a room in my apartment at Rugby McIntyre for the summer! It’s a huge room (13×14 feet) with plenty of natural light and closet space in a central location on Rugby Road. Because of the size, 2 people could share the room comfortably. The apartment is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and there are currently two other guy roommates, but we’re open to sublet to any gender. Rent (including utilities and internet) is $790 per month for 1 person, and $590 per month if 2 people shared the room. Earliest move in date is May 25th, and move out date is August 8th.
