Apartment is Rugby McIntyre. Both rooms are available from now (April) until July 30th when the lease ends. Rent is $809 a month plus around $25 a month utilities per person. WiFi is also $25 a month. The apartment will be furnished! Full-sized mattress in one room is also available for you to just have after you sublet here.
