I live in one of the Maupin Townhomes on Cabell Ave. It’s 4 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom- so you’d have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with one other person! It has a washer and dryer, free parking, and access to madbowl gym and Cambridge Square pool. Rent is $583 a month + utilities. You’d be living with 3 other third year girls.
