  1 Bedroom apartment in Rugby McIntire available for sublet from May-Aug 5th 2020. Rent of $1050/month can be for a single individual or split between 2 people. Apartment is on the third floor and has hardwood flooring. Can be subleased furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. Pictures of interior and furnishings provided upon request.

  Hi
  i am helping my son to look for a room from may 16 to June 30 only. basically 45 days.
  His lease at McIntyre start June 30 but his class start May 18th so we need a room for him. this is an idea situation if you can prorate the rent.
  I believe $1050 is included utitity and internet, correct?

  Thanks for your reply, the lease ends on August 5th. I’m not sure if the apartment can be dog friendly for a fee, that would have to be addressed through the leasing office. Thanks!

  This is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment so there would not be a current roommate. Anytime early or mid may would be an available move in date. $1050 is the base rent, after which MSC charges a $30 flat fee for utilities (water, sewer, gas) with the exception of electricity.
