I’m looking to sublet my room starting in March to the end of the lease in August. This apartment is a two bedroom one bathroom. All of my furniture will be out of the room so you have the whole space for your belongings. There is a full kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Also equipped with a washer and dryer in the apartment. This room also comes with an assigned parking space. I am preferably looking for a female as my roommate is a female as well. Rent is $1250 per month, plus utilities, split evenly with roommate.
