  Hello!
  I’m looking for someone to take over my lease of my room in 2101 Jefferson Park Avenue, Apartment C (top floor) from July 15th to August 15th, 2016. It’s a little more than $600 for one bedroom with 1 Bathroom/2 Bedroom (four bedrooms total). Trash removal, off street parking, and laundry in the unit included. There is also a balcony and it is conveniently located right next to and across two bus stops.

  I work in Jordan Hall, UVA. I have got University housing from August 11. But my current lease in Shamrock properies is ending on July 22. At first it attracted me to write to u as it fits well for my requirement but then I am not sure if it is for me. I am with my family, my wife and my one child. I do not know if the combined 4 bedroom aprtment is appropriate for staying with family. If you think then I am willing to talk to you regarding this sublease and knowing over price.
