Hi! I’m looking for a girl to take over my lease in a beautiful Oxford Hill apartment. I’ve got a half bath in my bedroom, we have in unit laundry, a beautiful balcony, spacious living area, and it’s a less than 2 minute walk from the university bus stop serving Orange and Green Lines.

After utilities and everything, it’ll come out to be $720 or less a month (because of varying electricity) and the lease is until June.
