I have a studio at Lochallen (about 12 minutes from UVA down Ivy Road) that I’d like to sublet between May 28th and July 14th. Base rent is $695/month plus $10 renter’s insurance and usually about $30 electricity per month during the summer. It’s small, private, and pet-friendly – in a beautiful location. I loved living here, but it would also be a good workspace. It will be unfurnished.
