      I have 2 rooms to sublet in a 3BR/2BA w/parking at 516 Brandon Avenue. Each room rents for $433 + utilities. Water, trash, internet already included.
      It is the best location, literally just steps to UVA Hospital/Med school/Nursing/Commerce/Corner!
      MSC will want you to sign the lease for one year so you would need to find a replacement for the Spring semester, which is easy since Brandon Avenue Apts are very popular with rotating Med school students.
