I’m a third year female UVA student studying abroad next semester and would like to sublease my apartment for Spring 2022 (Jan 2022 – whenever you would like). You can also move in as soon as Dec 18 2021 if you’d like! It’s a fully furnished apartment at The Flats at West Village and the original rent is $940, which includes utilities and renters insurance. The rent is negotiable however! I’m willing to accept anywhere between $800-$850 and I would pay the rest.
You’ll have your own private room and bathroom! Comes with free internet and the apartment has washer/dryer in unit, a gym, pool, yard, grilling station, study lounges, free printing, a balcony, parking, elevators, and many more. This apartment is on the 8th floor and the view is gorgeous! There’s also a bus stop right next to the apartment and it’s a a 7 mins walk to UVA hospital, and a 10-15 mins walk to Grounds.
Apartment is fully furnished: Room comes with a queen sized bed, drawers, closet, desk and chair. I also have a fridge in the room that can be left for you to use if you want.
The kitchen is spacious and has a microwave, dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge, cabinets. There are also pots, pans, blender, toaster, and air fryer for you to use if you’d like.
The living room has couches, coffee tables, tv, and a dining table with seats.
