I’m looking to sublease my room (1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment) for Spring 2018. The rent is $520 (includes gas, water, and trash) and approximately $60 for electric and wifi. Your roommate would be a 3rd year female graduate student (she’s the best!). Apartment is fully furnished and location is super convenient. Inner and Outer Loop right outside the apartment, near hospital and Pinn Hall (5 min bus ride, 15 minute walk), and nearby Barrack’s shopping plaza, downtown, and the corner.
