Dear Cara Bottorff,
I am planning to move from 20 May 2017 to 20 July 2017 (approximately 2 months duartaion).
I am from India and dates are slight tentative based on visa formalities.
Once visa formalities are over I would like to book the property for 2 months.
I do not have pet with me and I do not need parking facility. I am looking for house with kitchen with cooking facility and washer facility.
The property should be in the vicinity of “university of Virginia”, i.e. walking distance from university.
Please write if you have any availability? Also inform, for given dates how partial months will be charged? -

Hi Abhijit,
Thanks for your interest in the apartment! The apartment has a great, large kitchen with microwave, oven, stove, fridge, and freezer. There is also washer/dryer in the apartment. It is about a 15 minute walk to the University of Virginia, and there is a bus that goes to the University and stops right outside the apartment. Any partial months would be prorated meaning you would only pay for the amount of time you were there (for example, if you stay for half a month you would only pay half of the rent.)When do you think you’ll know your visa information and dates you need the apartment for sure? Please feel free to respond here or email me directly at [email protected]. Just let me know if you have any other questions or if I can provide you with any additional information.
Best,
Cara -
